Compared to before it is better. There is still an issue with capacity however. Esp com8ng home from ep. I am sitting at fg awaiting the 7:57 to ep. It keeps getting delayed further.
They need a lot more than they are waiting on to provide a service. 7.57 fg to ep was half registered length at 3 carraiges and standing room only. The 8.08 had 4 carraiges, one of which both doors were out of order. Is that not a health and safety issue?
Have not seen it mentioned on here yet but major kickoff on twitter over weekend. People complaining of standing like sardines both e/g to inverness and aberdeen if memory correct. An appalling state of affairs. Glad it was not me.
Its this in a nutshell. I also use fg to edin park a lot as well. Will see what new timetable brings but at this time i see no need for extra capacity on eg.
Hmm. Do other lines get that sort of redundency?? Cancellations are a fact of lines on lines and at least eg gets 4 tph. It just seems the scotrail only cares about one line that is over provided for.
Serious question. Does anyone think E-G actually needs 8 car 385 service. I never struggle to get a seat at either fh or croy. Think on that line 8 car is embelishment for embelishment sake?
We are aware of an issue with emails from the Forum to Microsoft-based email accounts (hotmail/outlook/live.com email addresses). This is being looked into currently, thanks for your patience meanwhile.
