are these photos of railway tools ?

HI Folks, Does anyone recognise these (please see photos, once in album click to enlarge) cast iron tools as railway connected please. If so I would be interested to know anything about them, how used, etc. if they are railway tools they will more than likely have come from the Lancashire...
