On OpenBVE running on Windows 7 64-bit, I decided to reinstall everything as it was all a mess with trains not working etc, and for the new NWM.
When I choose a scenario/activity, and then choose any train, I select Start and get an error message

My dad was driving yesterday and saw a 4-6-2 BR Green-livered on the M18 Junction on the M1, travelling towards the A1 on the back of a low loader (19th October).
It was a complete locomotive, looked to be in working order, and we immediately thought it was either Duke of Gloucester...
