Pay for track maintenance staff at NR

Does anyone know if Network Rail pay shift allowance? Also do they offer much overtime? Anything anyone can tell me would be appreciated e.g. expected shifts/how the shift patterns work/any bonuses paid/overtime rate? Thanks.
