Hi all...its been a while sinceI was on this board, but has any Season Ticket Holder actually been contacted by Southern about their additional "Season Ticket compensation scheme"? No one I know has, so I was wondering if there is a list of lines/stations that Southern intend to apply this to.

Southern also operate trains to Kent out of Victoria.

Doesn't surprise me at all with regards to TfL, I remember a few years back at Shepherd's Bush Overground station it would not even give Gold Card Discount on the TVM. Absolute joke.

Hardly. Estimates have about 32 people exiting the station everyday, half of whom are season ticket holders.

The funniest and most pointless "sting" I ever saw was once at Ashurst station, on the Uckfield line. For anyone that does not know this station, its a very small station with no ticket facilities other than a Permit to Travel machine (which works about 50% of the time). I got off one...

Not strictly true, as abandonment is also a reason. e.g. from Southern's website: A Delay Repay claim should only be submitted for journeys that were actually made or journeys that were abandoned due to disruption (in the case of Season Ticket holders)
