So with the second stages coming up can someone tell me what happens with the cbi. Do you get the usual icebreaker, tell me what you know about the company, tell me about yourself etc or is it straight into the questions?

So I understand the recruitment process but if 2 tocs where to advertise for trainee drivers can you apply for both? what would happen if say you get a successful application and invited for assessments does this rule out the other company immediately. just curious but thanks for any help with...

So out of curiosity does anybody know how the heavy haul assessment days will run? Are the interviews on the same day as the tests? And which order will the tests be sat? Just trying to work out if all assessment days are the same or if they differ from campany to company.
