Not 100% sure, but I think the 'Binliner' trains make two return trips a day.

One train a day runs via Paisley and both Sunday trains. This is Renfrewshire of course. East Renfrewshire has diesel services via Barrhead. Inverclyde would be a shout I think, although as 4SRKT implies above, they're not historic counties.
