Indeed. Over an hour with no lights, heating or toilets on a packed 376 train (pics show packed trains as SE only running 2 an hour in peak instead of 8) is likely to cause medical difficulties with at least 1 person requiring attention, let alone 3 hours.

The people stuck 6 hours later left London way before 6pm. Trains that left about 4:30pm to 5pm were those stuck

Most trains arriving about 5 mins late. Not too bad. The timetable padding will erase that from stats

Not sure if mentioned but one factor for Southeastern is surely the London Bridge rebuild has closed London Terminals for up to a week at a time, and on many weekends. There's also a reduced service on some lines as standard. Another entire closure of Charing Cross, London Bridge and Cannon...

Southeastern passengers would happily take them. Hardly worse inside than a Networker nowadays
