Indeed. Over an hour with no lights, heating or toilets on a packed 376 train (pics show packed trains as SE only running 2 an hour in peak instead of 8) is likely to cause medical difficulties with at least 1 person requiring attention, let alone 3 hours.
Not sure if mentioned but one factor for Southeastern is surely the London Bridge rebuild has closed London Terminals for up to a week at a time, and on many weekends. There's also a reduced service on some lines as standard. Another entire closure of Charing Cross, London Bridge and Cannon...
