I went past where the derailment was today with my daughter and she made the observation of " that's the first time I've been able to see the golf course in months. Every time I've come past its been underwater - it's like someone has pulled the plug out and all the water is draining away" (my...
Here are a couple of pictures credited to Network Rail, from the Westmorland Gazette. The pictures aren't time/dated, but are possibly Sun 24th March (because of the sunshine !), or Mon 25th March

Thank you for the additional post stuving. I didn't realise that my original link was paywalled, as I coud read it OK !
Something in that locale isn't right, as swathes of Grange Golf Course, which lie on the other side of the embankment have been underwater for months now (or have been every...
This is an article from January 2023 for the adjacent area. https://www.thewestmorlandgazette.co.uk/news/23259756.flooding-meathop-road-leaves-grange-golf-club-underwater/

Bravo Mr Farron - its a wonderful noise.

Plus, on the occassion where I missed asking for a reservation, they followed up my hopeful email request and managed to come up trumps for me.
Now all that have to do is reintroduce the free MP3...
In August, I'm taking a trip from Grange Over Sands to Cardiff.
This is how the 4 different websites returned the identical fare search
Southern £99.50 (incl ticking all permitted routes)
RSH £99.50 (eventually reduced to £28 after I have inputted several 'via' stations through trial and...
Those 2 sites are still up for business/account holders, but TtT still doesn't have Ferdinand waving his little hand at me :(
--- old post above --- --- new post below ---
Quick update 10.42 -- Ferdinand's Back. TtT is up and running again :D:D
I don't like the format and how the information is presented to me. I find TtT and SWTrains to be much more Scoobyfriendly - also, TtT will often present me cheaper options, but more indirect routes at the same time.
From my previous bookings, I've also found TtT & the SWTrains style...
