I manage to run or cycle most days. It can be difficult to set a plan, with the shifts. If I'm on lates I go out after I've dropped kids off, if on early I go out after work. It can be tiring with a young family and when they're off school I'm stuck on the turbo trainer...

I would allow around 80 minutes. 45 minutes with the nurse, then in to see the doctor when they're available. It's a while since i have been to York, nice place, i had a quick look round but didn't have time to look round the Rail Museum unfortunately.

Just on the way home from my medical in York! Managed to get a place on the September course also :D ( that escalated quickly) Looking forward to getting started! (Pending pee test results)
