No joy at Dollands Moor either but at least it's not an outright no.

In the original advertisement, DBS stated that they were particularly keen on recruiting people who were firefighters/soldiers/police, and a couple of other similar roles which I can't remember now. I'm not from those kinds of backgrounds but thought nothing ventured :wink:

I applied for Dollands Moor and have heard nothing. Although I've passed all tests with ET, I'm not a firefighter/soldier etc so it was always going to be a long shot for me.

Thinking about it, I'm guessing those who have already passed the assessments are going to have to wait for others to sit their assessments so DBS know exactly how many people they have to choose from before making any decisions. Makes sense, just going to have to be patient I suppose :roll:

Would really appreciate it if those who have already passed the new assessments would let me know if they receive a letter of any kind so I know when I can stop waiting to hear from them. Will let you all know if I hear anything from them at all. Thank you :D

Another chap who was in our group on the 16th was rejected too. Beginning to wonder if they've employed anybody at all !!! Did anyone get offered a job? Or does anyone know someone who actually got offered a job ?
