When I was a grade 2 resident signaller my net pay was about 2400 pounds without any over time, no student loans etc and its a 24hour signal box on 12 hour roster. Bear in mind that I was also receiving outer London allowance and LAOS. With over time I was getting anywhere up to 3100 pounds...

Hi everyone, can anyone enlighten me about the signaller role ( traffic management) at three bridges ASC and ROC? What does traffic management mean? And how is it different from regular signalling? And it doesn’t say anywhere that the shortlisted candidates will be going to signalling school...
