    I am not so sure. Today there are about 15 transatlantic departures from Edinburgh with some seasonal routes seeing extensions to there operating season. As always it depends whether the airlines see a viable market

    Remember that the line has been specced for potential freight flows from the Diageo distillery at Cameron bridge. Whether these will actually happen, who knows?
