Thanks for your reply, but as I'm not due to go on a journey, can i just touch in now and claim the refund?

Oyster Automatic Refunds - How?

Hi all, Just wanting to know how automatic refunds are claimed. Do you just touch in as normal to claim at a station, or use the ticket machine to do so? I've a refund to collect, but won't be making a journey, so don't want to find out I'm charged again when touching in.

New Oyster Card with Top Up still showing £0.01

Hi All, Just need some advice. I recently replaced my old first-generation Oyster Card with a new one to use with the Oyster Card app. I've put £20.00 pay & go credit on it, but the app still says I've got £0.01 on there. Is there anything I'm missing? How long does it take to show up in the...
