    Hi SPADtrap, can I please ask what's the MMI? Also did I read you applied for Bishops Stortford, new to this but that's my nearest main town so was just wondering if there is frequently recruitment there?     What is your career goal?

    for me after years in office work and just approaching my 40th birthday I've joined here to see if at my age I could get into train driving and that would suit me very nicely until retirement. Makes me think that I would have liked to have been in the industry a lot longer and worked my way up...
