fare evasion multiple times
I've been caught evading my fare. First time I have been caught but I've been doing it for about a month Would I be treated as a persistent evader or a first time offender? I am assuming the worse and that is criminal prosecution. A conviction would also certainly mean the end of my career...- rob02
