If anyone wants to make their own mind up on Arriva Tunbridge Wells vehicle presentation then don’t take my word just do a Flickr search on “Arriva Tunbridge Wells” and reach your own conclusion. Local knowledge is sometimes a good guide!
Yes the T/Wells fleet is on the older side, but the registration number cannot just be used as a proxy for the condition of the vehicle.
It needs saying that the T/Wells fleet is actually very well presented and maintained and the engineering work undertaken on some of the older vehicles...
The Sapphire liveried Streetlites recently allocated to Guildford for Routes 34/35 are not new vehicles, but are those cascaded from Northfleet by the brand new Streetlites for Route 480/490 in Kent.
This is a very interesting development, but I would not take the vehicle information as being indicative rather than 100% accurate. There will always be a few "ghosts in the machine".

It has been reported that Arriva are replacing the Mercedes Minibuses in Hemel Hempstead and reverting to full-size buses. Apparently this takes effect from Sunday 1 July.
375926 returned from Derby in new SE livery on 17/3/18, followed by 375829 on 31/3/18.
Currently at Derby are 375927 and 375828.
This leaves just 375920 still with SE in the original white livery.
