Sources tell me there is to be an official/ceremonial opening, not sure of the date but I suspect it may be next week.

On at least one site visit I asked about OHLE clearance and I was told the box has sufficient headroom within it for electrification. Incidentally the track is still not in use as at lunchtime today.
