As the 456s are not being retractioned and will be around for a while working with the 455s (until both are replaced in the next franchise) does the same uncomfortable ride happen?

Rumour elsewhere that a 700 entered passenger service today from Three Bridges to Bedford, possibly returning to Three Bridges?
Anyone able to confirm it please?
There are reports of it moving around but I am unable to find a delivery date to Three Bridges. Can anyone advise please and I apologise if it is in the thread - I missed a huge chunk when I was on holiday and must have missed the report?
I gather from Modern Railways (page 7 of the Supplement in the August issue) that both AC motored 455s have completed final acceptance tests. Given that would have been written a few weeks ago can someone confirm if they are now in service please or if not the current state of the project...
I think some second class seats were removed and have not been replaced - six from each DMSO and 5 from the TSO. They keep the 450/5 designation because they are not there.
But I am open to correction on this.
