kickin aff from this threads’ comments from what I can gauge it was only David MclUckie who sat these tests on the week that followed the close of the 27th December job. Before I issue him with an apology, I just want to bottom something out, because something definitely doesn’t ring true in...

Yep I appreciate that Stevos, but what David MclUckie has said was that he applied for a job that closed 18 days ago (8 of those days being public holidays or weekends) and in that period he has gone all the way to a DMI?! It just doesn’t add up, unless I’m missing something?

Sorry to hear about your knock back David, but just to confirm, your application was for the trainee train drivers job (for Scotland ie non specific depot) SYS-4464, the advert which closed on 27th December 2018? Because there are a number of us on here who haven’t heard at all, papersift-wise...

David can you confirm the job advert number your application is please? Because I applied for SYS-4464 which closed on the 27th December. To my knowledge the only Abellio (ScotRail) job closing on the 21st was a conductors job in Stirling... Are you an internal applicant? Confused!!!

Was the advert closing on the 21st the Conductors job (Stirling)? I take it nobody has heard for the trainee train driver one closing 27/12/18?

This is the screen I get to Jen17. To access this I need to use a link sent to me via email, confirming I applied. If I don’t use this link and try to log in to Abellio normally, it says it doesn’t recognise my email address (despite being the same one)!!

Thanks AS1990 that’s a great help and a decent amount of variety of depots there... I imagine they’ll look to fill the posts internally before opening them to the public?
