    I thought it was ok, nice staff. Not as intense as I thought it would be, obviously its a hugely competitive process, getting down to the last 100 from 3000. Told we will know by mid to lat May, then have to do OPC at end of May.

    I got a letter this morning telling me I had passed first sift and invited to attend assessment centre on 05th May at hotel in town. Anyone know what that day consist of and what the pay rates are for guards? Thanks
