No didn't appeal was to muc hassle so just paid it could have afterwards.
I rang C2C customer services and they advised they will contact te revenue protection..
well let's see how it goes I've also emailed c2c and she took my details to contact them and said could get a call today...has not happened. I'm in the wrong I know that but just want find out what's happening, so being as pro-active as I can. Can't change whats happened but can change what...

How long legally do they have to bring a case to me before it is no longer valid?
These are the reasons for the three previous fare evasions:
1. Many years ago i think it was one stop when I was not even working in London. (Maybe when i was a teenager)

So worst case scenario jail or a hefty fine and conviction...best case settle out of court , ensure I pay for a ticket no matter what and that's that! And learn from my Mistakes..
I was on way home from Fenchurch street I didn't buy a ticket,
I was stopped by two revenue protection officers. Who said this is fourth time and filled in a mg11 form and that was it.
I still haven't recieved anything two months down the line, I have now moved address went back to old...
