Thanks for your interest in this position.
We have not yet concluded hiring; we have received a greater than anticipated interest in our two roles (including a number of very strong applications) and we are currently working through applications and queries in date order.
We're currently hiring for a full-time junior backend software engineer, working on our industry-leading API and associated services. We’re looking for someone UK-based who will be able to work on our .NET-based services, primarily in C# - but we have a variety of smaller services written in...
Just thought it might be useful to clarify the position here, having done a further review of the case. Essentially, we accept the argument that it makes no difference where parts of a journey are booked in terms of how the National Rail Conditions of Travel constitutes a 'journey'.
As it...
Hello! Just want to clarify a few things regarding this case to aid discussion:
The customer in question held a combination of two tickets, one of which had a 'Maltese cross' symbol indicating validity for a cross-London transfer on TfL services, including London Underground. The search was...
Hi there, we can refund them no problem. If you email customer.support@raileasy.co.uk with your booking reference and pictures of the tickets in tact, then another picture of them cut in half.
Just a quick note here that we're looking into refunds for events affected by yesterday's news on a case-by-case basis - where possible we're asking that people use our self-service refunds site to take advantage of the Book with Confidence scheme if you've booked with Trainsplit and have...

That said, it is quite clear the TOC member of staff did not follow the correct procedures in this instance but we are glad we could assist.
Just to clear up the query regarding refunds, we will happily cancel and refund individual tickets within a booking in line with our cancellation policy (usually fee-free if the initial request to us is within the first 2 hours after purchase, or with the standard refund terms thereafter), but...

Additionally, RDG will shortly be issuing a staff brief regarding the issue so on-train and revenue teams are aware.

This is just a quick post to ask if there are any iOS developers on the forum, or any that members can recommend (interest in rail is definitely a bonus, but not essential)?
We are looking for an experienced iOS developer to work with us on...
