Merseyrail Train Guard Assessment Day

Hello, I was just wondering what I can expect an the assessment day for a train guard. I have previously passed the Police assessment centre and I am wondering is this the same sort of thing. Psychometric tests, role plays and a brief interview. Thanks for your help in advance :D
