    Honestly, I can't remember. I did my interview in March just as the Wuhan Flu was kicking off. It was the usual competency-based types though. 'Tell us of a time when you've done this' 'Tell us when you've done that' etc. Nothing unusual about them. Many thanks Pickle. I'll be based in Leeds...

    35 weeks includes your manual handling. So you have 13 weeks of actual classroom-based training, then you do your manual handling. Once you've done that and you're able to drive a train, the paygrade goes up.

    I'm in for Leeds. I believe there's a selection of New St and Plymouth people who are on the course starting in 3 weeks (8 people). The course that started today with 4 people is wholly New St.

    Spoke to HR the other day. OPC are currently out of their offices due to the virus issue so it's going to be a while for them to tell XC results for people. I think it's going to be a case of sit tight and wait for it all to blow over. They haven't forgotten us!
