Reliable internet for trains
It's not specifically aimed at access on trains (cars instead), but look up V2X and 802.11p. Those are the technical standards for WiFi intended for smart roads, but it should be simple enough to adapt for trains as it is the same principle. Could / should more supermarket distribution centres have railheads ?
