GWR’s website does indeed warn. Their own mobile app, however, does not. I’ve taken this up with Seatfrog as their site gave me no warning.

Entire ticket was purchased on Seatfrog, not just an upgrade. Return journey is Cardiff-Witham, 2 passengers, one with a 16-25 railcard. Price was £145.60 for this trip which appears to correspond to this Advance fare (see picture): £87.60 plus £57.80 (one third off) is £145.40 so I guess...

I'm off to London tomorrow with the family. I spotted what looked like a good fare on the NR website - Family Travelcard from Didcot to London, including all travel Z1-Z6, £21.80 each adult and just £1 for the kids, so 2 adults, 2 kids £45.60 - result.:D NR website quite happily advertised...
