Best advice is do more than briefly read it! Prepare several answers for each competency as you will not know what they are going to ask. The more you prepare, the better chance you have of success. And good luck!

The tip is to prepare! You have been given a list of competencies and you should prepare several examples for each. You can list them on prompt cards as you can take those in with you.
1. Yes. Very similar.
2. No it isn't but that doesn't matter. It is the same principle in the real test so no amount of looking at pulleys will help in any way.
3. They do not tell you how long you have for each page. Keep going until they tell you to stop.

5 competencies? They only have Customer Service Orientation, Results Focus and Safety Awareness listed in the example documentation. What are the others?
