    I've seen various figures but I think 398s have a capacity of 252, 126 of which are seated (31 flip seats). A 150 has a capacity of 292, 114 of which are seated (6 tip up).

    Glad it's been working well for you and also good a 197 has been released (it's needed!) PAYG works great in south Wales so hopefully they can iron it our soon. Hope this post wasn't too celebratory...

    There's a TfW presentation (dated 10 July) in the 398 thread (#2,330) which sets out the plan for the 'grand cascade'. It has the 8th MkIV rake down as autumn 2026 (so by December?)

    I know it's still early days but is there a timetable for when there will be enough 398s is service for the 756s to be cascaded to where they're supposed to be (and the same for the 231s)? End of the year?
