That's a shame. I suspect they might be looking to move completely to the app in the near future, as others have suggested. I also have my reservations (no pun intended) but decided to go for the app version, thinking that the app itself will continue to be updated in the next few months and...

I wonder if anyone thought of buying up tickets on 'unreliable' routes with the intention of not using them, but using RTT to check on the date if they are late, then claiming for Northern vouchers via delay repay? Not that I would condone such activities, but would it have been worth it in theory?
The class 137s were also slower. Having said this, I always used to use them whenever possible, due to the comfort and novelty value (before they were withdrawn). But then I was a leisure traveller, so likely more problematic for Sellafield commuters etc.
