Which re-opening would have the best Business Case?

Scrap HS2 we don't want more countryside built over. London Marylebone to Manchester Central. Turf out Great central railway at Loughborough knock down crappy Victoria shopping centre in Nottingham, bulldoze Gmex in Manchester. Rebuild all the great stations.
