Hi, I'm a depot driver for a TOC and currently on maternity leave. Just want to know how many drivers/depot drivers are on 'family friendly' hours or have accommodated hours for another reason and how easy they were to get them? I know this will vary from TOC to TOC but curious to know.
Thanks
The salary is around 26-27k when you pass out, rising to 33k
c2c do not recruit mainline drivers from outside the company so the only way in is by being a depot driver first. The transition from depot op to mainline driver is automatic but you have to be in the depot for a minimum of 2 years.
Hi,
Just wondering if anyone knows if all TOCs do the Multi Modal Interview on the same day as completing the SJT? Also does this count as the structured interview stage, then onto the line manager one?
Any response appreciated!
Thanks
Does anyone know if you do the MMI at the Stage 2 Assessment centre? Or do you just do the situational judgement test and the MMI on another day? Is this the same as the structured interview stage?
Thanks
