Do you have a stage one pass? They seem to be prioritising people with a stage one pass or some stages passed as I guess it saves them money!

It’s definitely a real person from recruitment I questioned it and Rail forums confirmed it to be real! But they really are annoying. The video interview is an unfair stage that isn’t marked to proper standard!

You can make mistakes, but very few and you have to do a certain amount of lines too. It’s about accuracy but requires some speed!

Yes I’m referring only to candidates who passed stage 1 testing. It seems not all had video interviews to progress to group stage assessments.

Can you please explain why a number of candidates on this forum had no video interview, whilst a lot of them did. Seems an unfair process!

There is also answers posted to Glop questions, real Dial rest examples and advice on all tests on forums so maybe TOCS should change tests if they don’t want people having an advantage!
