Conductor or Train Manager?

Apply for Train manager if that's what you want to do. I'm an external and have just successfully gone through the recruitment process and been offered a train manager position at Bristol Temple Meads. I start 13th March. So it is possible!!!!

GWR conductor assessment

Hi Sorry for jumping on at the end of this thread but I have my group/individual assessment tomorrow morning. No official prep work given so I've been swotting up in GWRs mission statement, stats etc. plenty of customer service examples to draw upon. Does anyone have any other advice on what...
