I go HIT to FPK>>MOG in the morning, then MOG >> KGX on the Northern line in the evening and pick up my train there. Is there an official line on this? I used my key last week with no problems. I find rail staff can be hard work at times......

Is my Hitchin to London Terminals now valid at St Pancras? Is the smartcard confirmed working on the barriers there? I Usally go in to MOG via FPK, but then home from KGX so that I get a seat, using the Northern line from MOG to KGX.

My ticket is up for renewal soon and I'll think i'll go back to paper, while the card itself is OK, the GNR staff are the pits and have no idea how to deal with customers.
Apparently I should have been given a gold record card when I swapped to the key which I needed if I wanted to get...
Ive been using mine on the GN route for a few weeks now. On the times it been checked a few have looked and said thats fine and some have got the reader out and scanned the card. None have asked for my photo card.
To be fair to govia, now that my tickets works at both ends, although yet to to try the northern line ticket hall at kings x.
It works well and is much less bother than my paper ticket.
Its just a shame that it took so much messing about and that thier customer services is dreadful!
I rang customer service and the bloke i got through to reckoned as my season ticket is for London terminals, the key wont work at Moorgate because its not a London terminal.....this is despite previous call to CS telling me that my route was fully covered for the key.

I applied for a key card, took it to my station to have my season ticket loaded as per the FAQs, and they said they couldn't help me, customer services tell me that my local station can do it. Go back to be told no they cant...
Nice idea but very poorly managed!
