22 is a CWAC tendered route, so it will run under permit.

Regarding the Wirral, it seems the 464 will get an evening service, something which has been a real miss since the 164 was lost with Avon, this is probably a further reason as to why the 423 is cut.

Mostly, although there will be standardisation, e.g. 38 becomes 438, 41 becomes 441 etc. 410/464/487 remain the same. Only exception is there is already a 107 and 407, so the 106 is renumbered 405 and 107 is renumbered 406 (I believe, could be the other way round). Only other clash is 81 and...

I commute on the line, grown to love the 730s, far better than the 350s, they'll be missed.
