There's not much beyond the email they send out really. First assessment is individual exercises - ticket selling, concentration and a rules comprehension test. Assessment 2 is 2 group exercises and if you're successful, an interview

I've just been accepted for a conductor role there too! No talent pool for conductors apparently, it seems they've all gone to being train managers or drivers For the role I applied for, it was the same day.

Another good thing is take a quick look at competency interview formats. Don't read too much from Google otherwise you'll overwhelm yourself, but just look at the job role and think about some examples
