Just found out I was successful. Lucky to be successful first time as even going through this process once has been a test of patience so hats off to those who’ve done it repeatedly!
One of mine just turned to unsuccessful. No email or anything. Weird because I’ve had interviews for others and straight to unsuccessful on this one. Hard to say what they look for sometimes.
Has anyone’s applications turned from test complete to application under consideration and then actually gone on to an interview? One of my applications just changed to that and from what I’ve read, that’s usually bad news! Fortunately my others are at application under consideration for...

Do you know if it’s a 8h or 12h shift pattern! When you say you only find out on Thursday what shifts you’re doing do you still know what days you’re working for the weeks ahead (I.e could you see if you were working in 6 weeks time on a certain day but just not what times)...

Ridgmont has a Grade 4 relief with 4% flexibility premium. Can anyone tell me what this means pay wise (rough take home) and shifts (are they 8h or 12h shifts, what are people’s view on relief work vs more fixed? Thanks in advance
