My old GA manager after requests from my new employer and myself still didn't bother to fill it in and send it back..... so I went over his head and got it done.
Probably because of Chingford looking for drivers, GA West sign a lot of the route and traction... plus it is £20k more.
GA west also sign on at Orient way, they had 4 morning turns start there.
With the amount of drivers there, there's a very good chance for getting the extra dates outside of your allocated holidays or even if you've floated them.
Swaps do go on you've just gotta find the right ones where it fits with you both.
@Ali94 They started with the Situational Judgement then group Bourbon, DFFT and finally the Tea occ.
A friend done that yesterday but that order is changed around since I did mine.
My advice is practice with the materials that you were sent.
Huge congratulations mate as I said on the platform after you told me..... sorry didn't have time for a proper chat as I had to work your going home train!!
Which was gutless!!!
My advice is use the practice materials sent and practice practice practice so that you get your head around the tests.
GB wasn't sent but you can download from this site and again practice practice practice.
Good luck with the assessment.
There are a few threads about Arriva and should answer...
I failed at that stage last year, I wasn't that prepared as I should have been.
The interview was very corporate feel, and questions like tell me a time etc but I didn't know about answering with STAR.
My other problem was not fully understanding/ listening to the question asked.
Good luck with...
