I think they get paid more as they use heavy rail tracks..Someone explained it to me a few months back but it's something like that

Yep got my unsuccessful email earlier. Feel i had my chance last year when I messed up the 2 hand coordination test - hadn't really realised about the speed element and focused too much on accuracy. Since then haven't got past the application stage. Must be loads of people with test passes...
