Is this for qualified drivers only? Advert states 'you must be able to undertake train driving duties'. Bit confused due to the stating of a trainee pay rate??

Just out of interest where do the applications forms end up for the initial decision on who to send to the DMI? Is it the recruiting driver manager or is there a recruitment team who handle this and put forward candidates?

Yep got my unsuccessful email earlier. Feel i had my chance last year when I messed up the 2 hand coordination test - hadn't really realised about the speed element and focused too much on accuracy. Since then haven't got past the application stage. Must be loads of people with test passes...

Probably an impossible question to answer but is this likely to be just hiring for one trainee or more?
