Manchester - Liverpool Electrification
It's all costing way to much and would have been cheaper to do under BR but... I think it's fantastic that they are finally giving the North the Railway it deserves. I hope the 319 refurb is deep! Although anything is better than a 142. (Except a 141!)- NvrMndTBikeShp
