    Its very dissapointing to find such a blasé comment regarding the manner or professionalism of TfL staff in this way. "Gormless" I'll remember that. Out of interest I wonder whom you refer to, Arriva Rail London staff? MTR Crossrail staff? London Underground staff? Or all of the above. Anyway...

    In much of continental Europe many lines aren't fenced even when there is OHLE around, I wonder how they treat cases such as this?
