Haslemere - Canary Wharf

Just moved to Haslemere, and I need to be in Canary Wharf for 0830 each day. I am currently getting the 0702, which gets into Waterloo just before 8am so it gets me into work in good time. The issue is that I am getting really ticked off with having to stand for an hour, not good really...

I live about 500 yards away from Clapham Junction station, and am regularly awoken not by passing trains but by the tannoy on the London Overground platform which often has very loud announcements at 6am. Is there any regulations about the volume of these announcements, or any stipulations on...
