TV companies frequently film, for example, busy high streets or football crowds filled with recognisable images of people.
There is no presumption of privacy in a public place.

I'm not sure how popular the 50 was. I spent the morning walking between Hailes and Toddington (and back). There seemed to be very few people about in general........

I understand that a lump has just dropped off Stanway Viaduct so they may be looking for some cash to fix that! Trains not running to Broadway at present.
