Lumo journey experiences

Travelled 10:45 from Kings Cross on Monday 8 November. Ran via York goods lines. Seats rather uncomfortable after an hour or so. The high backs are all very well, but the vertical posture is the problem. My booked seat was "back to the engine" even though I had booked facing. The water heater...
