Thanks for that, one of the big worries was it just being a kind of like suburban depot, the stop start stuff, and not having much variety but, that doesnt really seem to be the case by the sounds of it, is there a big difference for the HST link, is that a years and years away wait to get into?

I worked the last one to weybridge, pretty quiet on the 10 car 458 and apparently first managers are at Wimbledon depot already waiting to meet and greet the early morning starters.

I think that's why first got MTR involved in the end and decided to not go at this franchise alone is because they are not very good at running metro services and by all accounts MTR are, time will tell I suppose.

I will just add my two pennies worth here, I wore a suit at every aspect of my interview, I wanted to look smart and presentable, the one thing I found out during every aspect and not just the training when you are successful, is that you are being watched and reported back on, from the get go...

I do not know what a 350 sounds like but SWT lines only allow for a top speed of 100mph on the lines south of woking, its not like the HST's doing 125, if it was possible then they would quite easily do that speed if needed and it would be great if they could let them open up a bit and do more...
