can anyone confirm whether this new minimum service law cannot be applied retrospectively? If it can’t what are peoples thoughts on the govt all of a sudden playing nice to reset the strike action and allowing them implement this law going forward? Seems like a motive to me for the sudden u...
My understanding is that your dmi is scored by 2 interviewers scoring each question if u achieve a certain score u have passed the dmi to maintain a fair process. However if more than the required amt of candidates achieve that score they put the highest scoring ones through and if 1 or 2 miss...
sorry didnt mean to devalue the dmi i just meant it is different to a normal interview where the company have no idea who u r as oppose to the company having paid for u to go through a series of testing - hr having being in contact with u for years in some cases - u r more likely to get the job...
I didnt have any questions on what do u know about the company but always worth researching that. Main areas are saftey, customer service, punctuality, flexibility and ability to retain information. Also they may go into non technical skills so research that. My opinion is that if u get to dmi...

Yeh i agree - the process was quick - 4 months from application to decision which was good. But to word an email by giving a start date and saying u would be in touch about a depot driver position only to make out you were stupid when you called to enquire about it was really bad imo. Just...
