Presumably you don't mean on journeys to services to Leeds? Plenty of stations manage to accept Oyster but not on all services (e.g. Finsbury Park). Not sure if there are any which only accept Oyster on certain platforms though...- multilevel

Must remember that everyone benefits from HGVs taking good around the country. Also higher VED for HGVs will translate into higher costs for operators which translates into higher prices in the shops.
