Similar situation although my invite was only on 15th July, completed the tasks over a week ago, not heard anything back yet. Went back into the system to make sure I have completed everything and appears I have.
I was on it, terminated at Edinburgh Park and the announcement was technical fault. We were stationary at the platform for about 15-20mins with the guard walking up and down the platform as they attempted to get us up and running again but were eventually turfed off.
Never completed a passenger survey but if I did I would be of the same opinion as cb a1.
Travelling between Polmont and Haymarket daily for the past 6 years. I can deal with some of the short-term problems (crew-shortages, cancellations etc) we have faced as I can see the ultimate deliverable...
None of that is Scotrails problem. Thier only interest should be if the provision of first class is or is not providing additional revenue over that section being standard.
8:27 from Polmont was cancelled due to a fault again this morning. That is 2 consecutive days and one last week.
I am not posting this to be negative, merely stating the facts, I also can't guarantee this were all worked or due to be worked by 385's but that is the train that has been coming...
May have been. I recall seeing a post suggesting 385's replacing all the 380's on the E-G but that may not have happened entirely.
The 8:27 at Polmont has consistently been a 380 for months so thought the failure may have been a new 385, although of course, it may not have been.
