We do. Although...years ago we did have beds on some of the trains and used to get paid to sleep on them but health and safety, insurance and all that stopped it....which I'm kinda glad of because I bet it's freezing on there on a night with no generator on....and spooky.

I'm one of the technicians. I operate the equipment on there and make decisions when we find any track defects that need attention...among other things like dispatching the train, looking after the train on the inside, making sure nothings fallen off, I originally worked on the data...

On NMT we don't get food prepared. On the PLPRs...they like to brag about having ovens on there. We don't On NMT cos we aren't trusted (there are reasons we don't have an oven) but when I do have shifts on PLPR we cook big meals sometimes and by that I mean we might cook a bunch of burgers or...

I work on the NMT so I'll put you out of your misery We have 3 kitchens.... The one you speak of in the conference coach is the one we mostly use. It's the "visitors" kitchen...the "nicer" one . It has an air fryer, microwave, kettle and fridge plus lots of little appliances like toaster etc...

Didn't get it..it says I passed the benchmark scores for my interview but they offered it to someone else. Third interview with them I've had that's been like this. Why is it so hard to get anywhere?

It was for technical officer.

They said I would know by Friday. He just said HR would be in touch to let me know yes or no. They were making the decision on Monday as I was the last candidate.
